Scott is responsible for training and support on our Legal Intelligence software. He also carries out consultancy visits to find out how customers want their software to work. Scott creates and agrees project plans and schedules, carries out Cashroom and other training and provides ongoing support and advice thereafter. Scott will work with our developers to test new products and features before they are ready for release.
Scott listens to customer needs or difficulties and always tries to find the best solution available. He will always be prepared to do a bit extra if that’s what it takes to help a customer in need. This can be anything from pre-Law Society inspection reviews to getting that bank reconciliation problem solved.
Scott used to have a hobby or two, then he had a son!
