You may have noticed a fresh new look when launching CaseLoad today. This updated splash screen reflects a major step forward: the integration of AI (Artificial Intelligence) features directly into the Case Management system. It’s more than just a visual upgrade – it marks a new era of smart, AI-powered support in your legal work.
When generating Credit/Debit Slips from First Scottish, you’ll now see a clearer breakdown of the different components and processes that make up the order. This provides greater transparency and helps you understand exactly what’s included in each slip.
We’ve updated the ‘New’ menu for Credit/Debit slips. Now, it will display only the relevant options – either Client or Firm – depending on what type of list you’re currently viewing. This helps reduce confusion and keeps your workflow clean.
You can now request individual ID checks in Amiqus directly from the Client Contacts page. This makes identity verification simpler and faster without needing to leave CaseLoad.
The AI Legal Research Assistant now remembers your preferred window size. Whether you like it full screen or in a specific layout, it’ll reopen just the way you left it. Just click ‘Exit’ after your session to save your preference.
The Verify 365 ID verification process just got easier. Once a client is verified through Verify 365, the Verification Report is now automatically added to the AML Risk Centre in CaseLoad. No need to upload it manually — it’s handled for you.
- Have some of your Matter buttons moved behind the ‘More Details’ section? If you regularly use those tools, you can now set your default view to show them immediately:
- Go to My Preferences
- Under ‘Whenever I view a Matter’, select ‘More Details Page’
- Save your preferences and you’re all set!
