1st Line Technical Support
As 1st Line Support, Martin is at the coalface of our Helpdesk, providing first line user support to resolve issues with our software, hardware, and general IT challenges our clients face. In this role, he focuses on a specific aspect of software support to provide smart, simple support to end users, whilst removing the technical jargon. Martin graduated from The University of the West of Scotland with a First Class in Computer Networking and is relishing the opportunity to develop his skills and knowledge with the Support Team at Denovo.
Over summer Martin renovated a transit van into a camper-van to make the most of the stay-cation in Scotland. Can normally find him quoting lines from still game…daily!
