Jacqui Sim

Jacqui is the Cashroom Manager, with over 25 years as a SOLAS Qualified Legal Cashier. Throughout her career, she has supported numerous law firms, managing their accounting needs, including VAT returns, payroll, and ensuring compliance with the Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules.

In her role, Jacqui oversees the daily operations of Cashroom Services, leveraging her deep knowledge of the Law Society Accounts Rules to guide firms through their Law Society inspections. Her ability to seamlessly transfer her skills across different firms demonstrates her dedication to maintaining the highest standards.

Jacqui has a passion for combining traditional and modern approaches to legal cashiering. She values the transparency and thoroughness of “old school” methods while embracing the latest technology, enjoying the challenge of merging the two.

Outside of work, Jacqui loves walking and cycling. She also humorously claims to have a self-professed master’s degree in eating and drinking, highlighting her zest for life and enjoyment of good company and food.
