Due to continued expansion, we’re growing our Implementation Team and are currently seeking a highly motivated Training and Implementation Consultant. Role Overview
As a Training and Implementation Consultant, you will be the bridge between Denovo and our clients during their transition to our platform. You’ll support both new and existing users, ensuring they understand and leverage the full functionality of our legal Case Management and Legal Accounts software.
You will collaborate with our existing 6 person Training & Implementation Department, as well as our Data Migration Specialists, Technical Support Team, Software Development Team, Business Development Team and end-users to deliver successful implementations and high-quality training. You will also assist in the adoption of new features, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey.
This role is ideal for a candidate with prior experience in legal technology or legal practice, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients through the end-to-end implementation of CaseLoad, including installation, configuration, and user training
- Build trusted relationships with clients and proactively liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
- Understand clients’ legal and accounting process requirements and translate them into system functionality
- Deliver tailored training programmes to users via remote sessions or onsite visits – ranging from 1-to-1 coaching to group workshops
- Develop training videos and documentation to support consistent delivery and client onboarding
- Monitor client progress post-implementation and provide support to ensure successful software adoption
- Collaborate with Data Migration Specialists and Technical & Software Support Teams to resolve implementation issues or identify enhancement opportunities
- Work with third-party applications where necessary to enhance integration with CaseLoad
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CaseLoad and evolving legal software trends
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience implementing legal case management software (such as Denovo, LEAP, Clio, Lawware, etc.)
- Strong understanding of legal business processes and practice workflows
- End-to-end implementation and client onboarding experience
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Business analysis skills (requirements gathering, UAT, process mapping)
- Experience with training delivery, coaching, and mentoring end users
- Change management and client success experience
- Willingness and ability to learn software quickly and stay ahead of system updates
- Knowledge of legal accounts/cashroom processes
- High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools
Desirable:
- Prior work in a law firm or legal department
- Experience with Denovo’s CaseLoad software
- SOLAS qualification (Society of Law Accountants in Scotland)
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote role with the legal technology industry
