We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help spread the word.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for law firms across Scotland, ensuring they understand not just what Denovo offers, but the real-world benefits of partnering with us. Your role is all about building relationships, sparking interest, and opening doors for our senior Sales team members to deliver in-depth software demonstrations.
You’ll need to be a confident communicator, as you’ll regularly be speaking with senior solicitors and decision-makers. The focus will be on generating qualified appointments and with uncapped commission based on appointment volume, your earning potential is in your hands.
You’ll also play a key role in our events programme. That means supporting the set-up and delivery of multiple legal tech events across Scotland, and on occasion, representing Denovo by presenting to an audience of solicitors and legal professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective law firm clients through calls, emails, and online outreach
- Confidently communicate the value and outcomes of Denovo’s software solutions, not just the features
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our senior sales team members to conduct demonstrations
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to source new leads and refine outreach approaches
- Support the set-up and delivery of events across Scotland, including meeting clients face-to-face
- On occasion, present at events, representing Denovo in front of solicitors and legal professionals
- Ensure accurate and transparent use of our CRM (Salesforce) to log activity and track pipeline progress
- Consistently work towards KPI-driven targets across daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
- Represent Denovo with professionalism and credibility in every interaction
