HOW IT WORKS
Key Features of the AML Risk Centre
Comprehensive Tracking and Status Monitoring
Access a centralised dashboard to monitor the status of all AML risk assessments, including tasks requiring further information or awaiting MLRO approval, ensuring real-time compliance.
Detailed Client and Transaction Analysis
Perform thorough assessments that include client categorisation, identity verification, geographic and interaction risk factors, and checks for PEPs or adverse media mentions
Source of Funds and Transaction Analysis
Assess the origin of funds and transaction specifics to quickly identify and mitigate high-risk profiles.
Enhanced AML Certification
The system auto-fills certification responses based on prior data and allows entry of transaction-specific details, ensuring all aspects of each transaction are properly certified and documented for audits.
Matter Risk Assessment
Modelled after the AML Risk Assessment document by the Law Society, this feature provides a standardised, comprehensive framework for evaluating AML risk within legal matters, reinforcing consistency and compliance across your firm’s practices.
Conflict Searches
Conduct detailed conflict searches to identify potential conflicts of interest across client matters. This feature ensures a thorough vetting process, preventing potential regulatory breaches and bolstering firm-wide compliance. Search results are saved to the matter when completed.
Approval Workflow and Risk Ratings
Risk ratings (low, medium, high) for Initial, Interim & Final Assessments are available, triggering notifications for MLRO review to ensure every high-risk transaction is properly vetted, catching any changes as the transaction progresses. MLRO’s are emailed when a High-Risk transaction has been added to the matter, the Fee Earner then receives and email when the transaction is Approved/Rejected.
User-Friendly and Expandable
CaseLoad is designed for flexibility, allowing users to adapt the system to evolving regulatory needs with ease. You can also add custom fields to the Risk Assessment if there is a requirement to capture data beyond the standard forms.
