Denovo continues to monitor the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) developments with a primary focus on ensuring the health and safety of our colleagues while mitigating business impacts for our partners. In support of this, we have activated our business continuity plan and are convening regular meetings with internal teams.

Please be advised that for the health and safety of our colleagues, we will be asking visitors to our office to disclose recent travel history before checking into Denovo HQ. Any visitors who have travelled to areas with high infection rates – or have knowingly been in direct contact with those who have – will not be permitted to enter our main office.

1.      Can I still get access to Denovo software remotely?

If you’re a cloud user with us and don’t have a work laptop, please see our instructional videos below on how to enable you to work from home using your own hardware. Please be aware you must have an up to date antivirus and secure WIFI connection.

2.      What is Denovo’s approach to protecting people, customers, etc. at its office?

Denovo has a detailed business continuity plan and program in place focused on ensuring the health and safety of our colleagues and everyone present in our office while continuing to deliver the level of service our partners expect.

3.      What are Denovo’s business recovery plans?

Our business continuity plan include measures to ensure not only that we’re able to recover normal business operations as quickly as possible, but also that we are able to mitigate impacts to our stakeholders during any incidents.

4.      What measures is Denovo taking to protect employees and other stakeholders (e.g. vendors, customers, etc.) in the impacted areas?

In support of this, we have activated our business continuity plan and are convening regular meetings with internal teams.

Connecting to the Cloud on Windows

As part of this, we have taken increased health precautions like significantly restricting travel; requiring colleagues to work from home if they have travelled to areas with high infection rates – or have had any direct contact with others who have; increasing communications with information about the virus and how to prevent the spread of illness; and providing increased cleaning routines and access to hand sanitizer in our facilities. Visitors to Denovo who have travelled to areas with high infection rates – or have knowingly been in direct contact with those who have – are not being permitted to enter our facilities.

5.      What measures will Denovo take if someone is confirmed within our workforce to be infected with COVID-19?

This is among the decisions that will be made by Denovo’s business continuity team with a focus on ensuring the health and safety of our colleagues and others present at our office while mitigating business impacts for our partners. We will ensure we work closely with the government health service and local medical authorities to take appropriate actions. When decisions are made, they will be communicated with relevant stakeholders.

6.       In the event a confirmed COVID-19 case is discovered at Denovo HQ, how quickly will Denovo communicate with partners?

As always, consistent, timely communications with all our stakeholders are critical, and we will communicate any relevant information, when possible.

7.      How will Denovo manage staff at our office to ensure continued operation?

We have various options for ensuring continuity, including remote working or shifting work to other locations where remote work is not possible. This is among the considerations made by Denovo’s business continuity team with a focus on ensuring the health and safety of our colleagues while mitigating business impacts for our partners. When actions are taken, they will be communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

8.      Is Denovo cancelling its workshops and events?

No live events have been organised at this time. However, Denovo will be evaluating customer events and making decisions for each event – whether to continue as scheduled, postpone or cancel – based on the location and circumstances. When decisions are made or actions are taken, they will be communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
