We have introduced an integration with an instant communication tool called The Link App, which allows law firms to send secure and confidential case updates quickly and conveniently to its clients’ phones, tablets and computers.

We know it can be frustrating when both parties are difficult to get hold of via phone, email, or letter; The Link App overcomes these challenges. The App allows the law firms clients to receive and check updates on their cases, download documents, submit e-signatures, and request call backs – it’s instant communication that fits into their schedules. For the firm, they can have peace of mind that all communication is recorded in the app, as well as saved securely against the matter in their case management software, CaseLoad.”
The Link App, which was developed by Lauren Riley, former solicitor, and contestant on the BBC’s The Apprentice, can be downloaded from the Google Play store for Android, or the App Store for Apple devices or accessed via a web portal.
Once downloaded a law firm can send push notifications regarding case updates. Any updates are kept confidential, and the notifications to a mobile device are secure too. Only the icon will appear on someone’s device, with any messages hidden. The platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption, which is the same security used by most banks.
