Jacqui Sim

Jacqui is Head Cashier of Cashroom Services. She has been SOLAS Qualified for the past 25 years. She is responsible for the accounting of multiple law firms which provide a variety of legal services, including VAT Returns and Payroll, whilst ensuring compliance with the Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules. Jacqui also oversees the day to day running of Cashroom Services.

Jacqui sees her strengths in the ability to transferable work from company to company and to achieve the same excellent standard of work throughout. She has extensive knowledge of the Law Society Accounts Rules and attributes this to dealing with and helping numerous firms through their Law Society Inspection. Jacqui believes in “old school” legal cashiering when everything was manual and transparent – she thrives on the challenge of keeping it old school but bringing it through into the latest technology.

In her spare time Jacqui is a keen, walker and cyclist. She also has a self-professed master’s degree in eating and drinking!
