As Support Analyst, Callum is at the coalface of our Helpdesk, providing first line user support to resolve issues with our software, hardware, and general IT challenges our clients face. In this role, he focuses on a specific aspect of software support to provide smart, simple support to end users, whilst removing the technical jargon.
Along with Brian and Ross, Callum makes up the Killie contingent at Denovo and can be found in Rugby Park’s East Stand complaining about every decision. Callum also spends his free time taking part (and often winning) pub quizzes and attempting to get his 10K PB below 50 minutes.
Callum has never seen The Goonies or any other classic 80s pop culture phenomenon. Despite promising Grant to watch it for over a year this point, he is still inexplicably more interested in Anime!
