Denovo Business Intelligence Technical Support Service is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm including bank holidays. Denovo also employ a work through policy, so should a problem arise on your site at 4pm we would be happy to continue working on the system after normal working hours.

Denovo offers a full System Maintenance Contract including hardware and software. The Maintenance Contract is in effect an insurance policy to cover you for any problems you might experience over the life of your system.

Many systems come with a warranty cover, however there is a huge difference between warranty and maintenance. Warranty will simply cover you for replacement parts should they go faulty, and may also mean shipping the particular item back to the supplier, which would mean you would be without that item while it was away for repair. That is where our maintenance contract differs.
If the item is covered by the Denovo Maintenance Contract, then where necessary, Denovo will provide replacement equipment to ensure that your office continues to function while the faulty item is being repaired.
In addition to this, if the hard disk on a server or PC becomes faulty the Denovo Maintenance Contract covers you for the reloading and re-configuration of the system. Warranty does not offer this service.
